The Dive Master Mentorship Program is a 2-year program, aimed at high schoolers. The goal is to give young adults the opportunity to move into a high-demand career immediately upon graduation or carry a major asset with them if they decide to seek academic opportunities in biology or marine science education. Under the guidance of some of the best instructors in the country, an additional goal is to raise the standard expected of Dive Masters in the Belizean dive industry. This project is spearheaded by Councillor Rosado in partnership with the Belize Cave Diving Society
